Course Description

Ready to unleash your spontaneity?

This workshop blends the freedom of unscripted interactions with the rhythmic foundation of Jump Rhythm® Technique. Participants will use scat singing, body percussion, and movement to create spontaneous, dynamic performances.

The session begins with rhythmic warm-ups to energize the group and establish a playful, collaborative atmosphere. From there, participants will engage in improvisational exercises that sharpen reflexes, deepen rhythmic awareness, and unlock creative potential.

Working in small groups, you’ll craft short, improvised performances that blend movement, rhythm, and storytelling. The workshop culminates in a showcase where participants can share their creations in a supportive, playful environment.

No prior experience is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to dive into the unknown. By the end, you’ll have explored new ways to express yourself, connect with others, and embrace the joy of spontaneous creation.
