Course Description
This year-long, 33-session theatre course is designed to help teens develop core performance skills while building confidence, creativity, and a strong sense of ensemble. Participants will explore a wide range of theatre practices, including improvisation, voice work, movement, character development, and engaging theatre games, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This year the course places emphasis on developing stagecraft, movement, acting technique, and vocal expression, deepening theatre skills and giving each participant the opportunity to grow at their own pace.
The course will culminate in a public performance of a play. The chosen piece(s) will be selected once enrolments are finalised, ensuring it is carefully matched to the group’s characteristics, experience levels, and individual strengths. This allows every participant to be challenged, supported, and fully involved in the creative process.
Whether you are new to theatre or looking to build on existing experience, this course offers a welcoming space to learn, collaborate, and perform.
